CRACK, CRACK , CRACK: THE CREASE THE SUBJECT IN THE MIDST OF A COMPANY PROHIBITIONIST AND MORALIZING

Abstract

This article reflects on the history of consumption of psychoactive substances in Brazil, emphasizing the Crack . Making a theoretical review about Brazilian laws that were about the drug user , analyzes the subject that consumes and is consumed by psychoactive substances, through the psychoanalytic logic, using speech extracts of some users to tack this analysis. Finally brings the concept of harm reduction policy that express tendencies that are constituted in Brazil and answers to issues related to the complex phenomenon of drug use, which to be implemented need the involvement and intervention of a multidisciplinary team with the expansion of the theoretical debate of the issue in society.
