Family dinamics and schemes formed in teenager victim of sexual violence: a study of case

Sexual violence is characterized by a relationship heterosexual or homosexual, that part of an agent in the development earlier and / or more power and aims to sexual stimulation or use of another for obtaining sexual pleasure. The schemes are developed as a result of harmful experience of childhood, for example, abuse situations. Considering the therapy focused on schemes and the literature on sexual violence in children and adolescents, this study aimed to evaluate a 14 year old victim of sexual violence during childhood in the following aspects: 1. identify the initial technical maladaptative socially ; 2.Identify the maladaptive schemes derived from family dynamics 3. Check current behaviors and forms of confrontation by establishing a relation with violation of ringts and family structure. There was a semi-structured interview and were applied to the Questionnaire from Young Questionnaire and Questionnaire of parenting styles. Found in the participant schemas of abandonment / instability, mistrust / abuse and dependence / incompetence with predominant coping strategies of resignation and “hypercompensation”. As a result can help in understanding their family dynamics, psychological adjustment and investigation of the prevalence of EIDs in sexually abused children and the consequences for the victim.Downloads
