Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the difficulties found to accomplish the issue aforementioned, in order to modify and make aware the working group of nurses involved in the process of taking care about the need to implement the SAE (Nursing Care Systematization), in all health services. It was assessed a databases, Lilacs, Medline, BDENF, besides consulting 26 articles and 16 books about this theme, having as a criterions to research the words obstacle, or challenges to the implementation of SAE. In the analysis of these articles, was realized that from a systematic method, the need of implementation of the SAE aim the organization of caring. Thus, the Nurse Care Systematization is showed as a challenge, which indicates the need of new researches, to occur the continuous improvement of nursing practices.
