Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Chronic respiratory diseases are considered public health problems in the world due to high prevalence, incapacitating power and in some cases leading to death, In this way comprehensive care for these diseases is paramount. AIM: to describe the network of care in people with Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CRD). METHODOLOGY: This is a review of literature in which scientific articles and documents were searched in Pubmed, Bireme and Google Academic databases that were published from 2006 to 2016, which the following descriptors were searched: Comprehensive Helth Care; Respiratory Tract Diseases; Patient-Centered care nd selected 27 articles. RESULTS: When thinking about care, one should initially think about the integral and subjective form in the human being attended, and how it should be produced in the care network, in this case in people with CRD. Another fundamental element in the comprehensive care of the person with CRD must be the look at the multidimensional aspects of these diseases, which produce significant effects on the functional capacity and consequently the quality of life, which requires interprofissional actions to have resolutions in the life of patients and Their families. However, there are important geographical and communicational access barriers that interfere with the health care of these diseases. There is also a disarticulation of the points of attention that impair the production of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, in terms of number of services and their functionality. CONCLUSION: It is important to emphasize that actions that contribute to the construction of a network of care for integral care that Attend the needs of people with CRD, who have interprofessionality as a Primordial action in the construction of singular therapeutic projects that produce effects in the lives of these people.
