Results: The non-probabilistic sample comprised of 20 volunteer academic course of physiotherapy. It had an average age of 20. 6 (+ 2. 644). 100% made use of jumping and 75% reported pain. With respect to angular variations, there is a decrease in pelvic tilt followed by a straightening of the lumbar lordosis especially in the heel platform type. Conclusion: Heel shoes angular promote changes in the pelvis and  especially, although not significant momentarily, can cause biomechanical repercussions musculoesqulético adaptive system in the long run.
