Abstract

This article discusses the historical problematization of some struggles for affirmation and guarantee of human rights, in the Amazon, a focus of health production in view of the difference. This paper also reports events that are analyzers of the violation of rights in Pará and describes how they impacted on the health of the people of this state and migrants who were displaced to the right in search of a job opportunity. Part is an analysis of the biopolitical device and security it brings many concerns we live today from the contributions of Michel Foucault.
