Abstract

This article makes a discution of the critical of Foucault about the medical-juridical discourses. The article brings some contributions of Freud about the critical to psicology, when this author analises the Halsmann case. The text shows the importance of review the heritage of Freud. Text of Foucault, texts of some analysts of Foucault and the text “The report of the expert in the Halsmann case”, of Freud, are the theoretical references of this paper.
