Uma revisão da literatura detalhando os sites, bancos de dados, bibliotecas e algoritmos de previsão do coronavírus, permitindo a assimilação da riqueza de informações sobre o coronavirus

Resumo

INTRODUÇÃO / OBJETIVOS: Compreender a avalanche de pesquisas estatísticas sobre o COVID [coronavírus] é trabalhoso. Previsões, previsões e algoritmos de diagnóstico são importantes para planejar, alocar e atender às necessidades de aumento da carga de doenças em grupos populacionais. Os estatísticos devem estar cientes de planilhas, bancos de dados e metodologia de cálculo para produzir estimativas válidas. Os formuladores de políticas, funcionários do governo e planejadores interpretam resultados e leem relatórios, sem conhecer os meandros dos cálculos. Os profissionais de saúde também devem estar cientes dos sites científicos disponíveis enquanto estão sob crescente estresse devido ao envelhecimento da população e à tecnologia aprimorada.

MÉTODOS: Uma revisão de literatura foi realizada para compreender a avalanche de pesquisas estatísticas sobre o COVID [coronavírus], sejam conjuntos de dados, registros ou algoritmos de previsão. O COVID, por exemplo, é um exemplo clássico de quando as previsões são de vital importância para a previsão de testes de diagnóstico necessários, números de casos futuros, transmissão, morbidade e mortalidade. Isso auxilia na priorização e alocação de recursos escassos.

RESULTADOS. Uma grande quantidade de sites identificados; Cochrane Study Register, Living Evidence Database, Stephen B. Thacker, Allen Institute, Dimensions, US National Institutes of Health, University of Massachusetts Forecast Hub, Australian Government, OMS, SciSight, The Lens, software de previsão de pandemia BlueDot, Centers for Disease Controle e Prevenção, Doherty Institute e John Hopkins University of Medicine.

CONCLUSÃO: A pandemia de COVID-19 se colocou como o problema de saúde mais crítico do século XXI. É importante lembrar que as decisões são importantes para as decisões preventivas, detecção e disponibilidade antecipada de tratamento.
